- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆There are some good teachers here, but overall you won't have access to programs to help students. Sometimes even the tutors they give you will be a no show. All the dorms as well as the suites have different problems ranging from fire alarms, distance from campus that will make it a hazard getting to class for freshman, food was just ok, but not too much to do unless within the city itself.By Bushybrow000, July 04, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I had asked "Larry" for a simple opinion related to starting up a new corporate entity before hiring him to form the corporation or LLC. Business Law is listed as one of their specialties. My concerns involved trade secrets, which I only know enough about to ask some questions, not to answer them with any legal finesse. I was about to invest my life savings into a startup, and I just needed a few answers to questions regarding intellectual property I had inherited, as well as the trade secrets. After a week of hearing nothing, I wondered what was going on, because a lot was pending on this opinion. Things were in motion, but now everything was waiting on this. When we wrote to find out what was taking so long, he admitted he "had no idea" that there was a Pennsylvania Trade Secret statute, but that his associate had borrowed a book to learn about it. Seriously? When I questioned the value of the ensuing legal opinion, he freaked out, telling me that he didn't need a client with my "attitude". When I suggested that we should talk, he said, "No need to talk. I have no interest in representing you." The lawyer doth protest too much, methinks. Good riddance, Larry.
